Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts via email by 30 September 2017 (extended deadline).
Abstracts should have a length between 200 – 300 words, must relate to the scope of the conference and need to be written in clear English. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive instructions on the preparation of full-length papers.
All submitted abstracts and papers will be subjected to full peer-review by members of the Scientific Committee and Advisory Board. The full paper will appear in the electronic version of the proceedings (USB). In addition, authors will be asked to provide a 2-page summary version of the full paper, which will be included in the printed book of extended abstracts.
Only original contributions will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their paper in an oral presentation during the conference. Presentation time is 18 minutes, including Q&A. A maximum of 2 papers per registered conference delegate will be considered. Deadline for submission of full papers is 31 January 2018.
